Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 6u666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the 6u666 website accessible at 6u666.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces made available to players in Bangladesh.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Where any promotional offer or specific game rule conflicts with these Terms, the promotional or game-specific rule will take precedence only to the extent of the specific conflict; in all other respects these Terms remain in full force.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 6u666 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6u666 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will require documentary proof of age during the verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as Account Holders.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 6u666 or have been previously permanently banned from the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of 6u666 or any of its technology or gaming content providers, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must register from an eligible territory. 6u666 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

6u666 may request identity documents at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved. The minimum age requirement of 21 years is non-negotiable and strictly enforced. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses received.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active 6u666 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6u666 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses received across duplicate accounts, and retain any duplicate-account winnings pending a full review.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a unique email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent verification process is truthful and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account registration does not require a minimum deposit. However, placing a bet or accessing real-money game features requires a verified account with a positive BDT balance obtained through one of the supported deposit methods. Demo or practice play modes, where available, do not require a deposit.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 6u666 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 6u666 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

Deposits

6u666 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. • Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 6u666 account balance instantly in normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers may take up to two (2) banking business days to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• 6u666 does not charge a fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 6u666's control.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to a processing fee equivalent to the payment provider's transaction cost.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your 6u666 account and that is registered in your own name. This rule is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements and to ensure that funds are returned to their origin. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are completed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal conditions; bank transfer withdrawals are completed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. During peak periods such as BPL season or major ICC tournament finals, processing times may be extended by up to twenty-four (24) hours.

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. If your account has not completed the full KYC verification process, your first withdrawal request will trigger a verification hold during which you will be required to submit the requested identity and payment method documents. Subsequent withdrawals proceed without a verification hold once KYC is cleared.

• Active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

6u666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Account Holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, which will be published alongside the offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Account Holders on their first qualifying deposit only. Each person, household, device, and IP address is entitled to one welcome bonus.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type: sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute between 10% and 25% as specified per offer; table games may contribute 0%.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 6u666 platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting rules — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are published in the Sports Rules section of the platform and are updated seasonally to reflect tournament formats.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the Account Holder. 6u666 reserves the right to void or amend odds in the event of a manifest error — defined as an odds price that is clearly and unambiguously incorrect relative to the prevailing market price at the time of placement.

• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow for live data processing. Bets placed during this delay window may be declined if odds have moved beyond an acceptable tolerance.
• Markets listed as "Void if player does not bat/bowl" will be voided if the stated player does not participate in the relevant innings as specified, regardless of the reason for non-participation.
• In the event of match abandonment or an incomplete result, bets will be settled according to the published cricket betting rules for the specific format and tournament.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Account Holder per day. Limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

• Collusion with other players or with internal or external parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Account Suspension & Closure

6u666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; or where continued operation of the account would expose 6u666 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Account Holders may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 6u666 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account Holder's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses being waived in the Account Holder's favour where the closure is voluntary. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed by 6u666 as a result of a confirmed Terms breach, outstanding balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, 6u666 reserves the right to retain funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

Limitation of Liability

6u666's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that Account Holder's 6u666 account at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law, including in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by 6u666.

Privacy

6u666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

6u666 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios only to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms, and always under contractual data protection obligations. All data handling practices comply with applicable data protection principles.

Amendments to These Terms

6u666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
